Hilton's spa-only score has just 18 reviews, a very small sample. No separate spa-only aggregate was verified for The Lensbury. Hotel and spa listings, Google and Booking.com all cover different reviewer populations. Hilton's overall hotel ratings come from the earlier same-day observations; its later refresh was blocked. Approximate review counts are marked with ~.

Spa access needs its own check.

Five of the six include access in the room price. The Lensbury states complimentary full leisure access for guests. Harbour Richmond's room conditions include unlimited spa access. InterContinental The O2 lists its pool, sauna, steam room and gym as complimentary with the reservation, with pool slots booked online or at reception. Crowne Plaza Docklands gives registered guests free use of Quad Club's pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym. The Continental includes its leisure suite for guests who book direct with the hotel.

Hilton Syon Park is the exception. Its spa terms charge residents £25 for each 90-minute visit on a plain room rate, and the same page gives free gym access. Its spa packages work the other way round: Stay and Spa includes 90 minutes of facilities per person, and treatment packages include 2 hours. Book the package if the spa is the point of the trip, and compare it against £474 plus £150 of visits.

Several hotels have gender-separated heat rooms. Treatments, private hammams and specialist therapies cost extra unless a rate explicitly includes them. Confirm access on arrival and departure days, child-friendly hours and maintenance closures.

Harbour Richmond warrants a closer look. Its facilities fit the brief well on paper, but the spa's Google rating is 3.3/5 from 74 reviews. Read recent feedback before choosing it.

Quotes were checked on 27 October 2026 for check-in on 4 November and check-out on 7 November 2026: two adults sharing one room.

Totals include taxes and charges as displayed by the provider. Breakfast is extra unless stated. Sign-in-only and customised previews are excluded. The main shortlist retains the earlier direct room quotes; follow-up checks and their limits are recorded in each room disclosure.

The Hilton estimate of £624 is a £474 room plus six £25 spa visits: one per adult on each of three days. Slots are not guaranteed, so book them with the room. Booking a spa package instead usually bundles that access, which is worth pricing before you choose the room-only rate.

The Lensbury was quoted at £479 by Booking.com and £510 by Expedia for the same dates; Harbour Richmond showed a flexible £730 option alongside the £690 rate. Take the cheapest that survives the booking flow, and check the exact room, cancellation cutoff and every mandatory charge before paying.

Waterloo distances are approximate walking-route distances, not rail journey lengths. Richmond and Teddington have train connections to Waterloo.

Why this list is only six hotels.

Everything that priced above the £1,000 cap was removed from the shortlist and from the downloadable notes. London spa hotels mostly price well above that for three nights, so a short list is the honest result.

None of the six is waiting on an unanswered access question. Five include pool and thermal access in the room price. The sixth, Hilton Syon Park, charges £25 per 90-minute visit on a plain room rate and includes access in its spa packages, so compare the package rate before booking the room-only one.
